"Mike came and cleaned our "3rd" floor apartment. We had 3 different types of stains from red wine, a kid and a dog. We had tried to clean our stains by ourselves with a cleaning machine and Folex, and while successful to some degree, we just didn't cut it. Mike was able to remove the wine stain and kid stain (formula/milk) that were 2 years old and the pet stain over a year old.
Mike arrived at our place on time, to the minute, was flexible, and careful with our home. He has an excellent disposition and likes to work with his clients. He is very knowledgeable and shared some tips and tricks to get stains out of carpet in addition to routine cleaning to get the most life out of your carpet. "I found Mike on Angie's List. He was able to schedule me the next day! When I came home, my formerly-grungy beige Berber carpets looked AMAZING! Furthermore, he cleaned several of my area rugs, and they came out beautifully as well. One of my rugs had frayed fringe and he repaired it at no charge. Additionally, Mike cleaned my dryer vent and air ducts. He said that my air ducts weren't that dirty, but since his visit, I haven't had as many problems with sinus congestion and allergies.
